Dorene is the Manager of Professional Development and Diversity with Williams Mullen. A Diversity and Inclusion professional with particular expertise in all facets of Talent Management including diversity and inclusion, sourcing, retention and development. A distinct history of industry award recognition reaffirms herself styled techniques of program develop and professional association engagement affirmatively impacting organizational capabilities. A practical and personally invested professional with exceptional network skills who is committed to serving with excellence in this human resource profession.

Dorene is a member of the Richmond SHRM Board of Directors and serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion. She is also the Chair of the Richmond Area Diversity Roundtable (RADR) which focuses on recognizing excellence in diversity, providing resources for institutions looking to more actively promote diversity, sharing best practices, and educating members on diversity issues. She is a member of the ANSI Standards SHRM Taskforce Writing Committee for Diversity and Inclusion External Programs.

Allison Converys
Allison is Director of Education & Training at the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, an organization that works with schools, business, and communities to achieve success through inclusion. In her role, Allison is responsible for the development and implementation of program initiatives in each of the organization’s focus areas:(1)the Emerging Leaders Institute;(2)the Diversity in Higher Education Division;(3)the Inclusive Workplaces Initiative; and (4)Community Programs and Partnerships.

Jessica Hawthorne
Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in Religious Studies from the UVA and has her Masters in Theological Studies at the Candler School of Theology at Emory. Jessica is the Youth Program Coordinator for the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities.

Tiffany Jana, MBA
Tiffany is the founding CEO of TMI Consulting, Inc, the first Certified B Corp Leadership and Diversity consulting firm in the world. Tiffany chose to implement B Lab's third party Benefit Corporation certification standards to provide transparent accountability and quality assurance for TMI's clients. TMI is a values-driven company that facilitates global responsibility, racial reconciliation, and leadership integrity by helping people align values and practices. In 2013, TMI celebrates 10 years of facilitating diversity and inclusion strategies in Richmond, the US, and abroad.

Heather Schofield, SPHR
Heather is the Senior Employee Relations Analyst for Chesterfield County Government. Heather has over 6 years of demonstrated experience in employee relations. In her current role as a senior HR analyst for Chesterfield County, she provides expert advice to all levels of management and employees on policy and conflict management issues. She conducts trainings for Chesterfield University on leadership development, EEO and employment law, business ethics, and conflict management. She oversees the County’s mediation and conflict coaching programs, and provides leadership coaching to new supervisors. She also chairs the County’s Diversity Advisory Committee. She is a certified mediator with the Supreme Court of Virginia and is the current President of the Central Virginia Mediation Network. She has a masters in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.

C.F. Younger, MBA
C.F. oversees community outreach, local marketing/sponsorship, and diversity initiatives for the Mid-Atlantic Region. His primary focus is to enhance Nationwide’s brand management and increase market penetration in local communities.

He has been an active board member of the Greater Richmond Urban League and a member of the LISC- Local Advisory Committee for Richmond, VA. He has also served the community through his work as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, In
